A dispute between men in Kyiv’s Sviatoshynskyi district escalated into a shooting in the evening, leaving one man dead and another hospitalized, according to preliminary reports.
One of the men pulled out a traumatic pistol and fired several shots at the others. Police have detained the suspected shooter.
On October 19, another shooting occurred at the Pecherskyi District Territorial Recruitment Center in Kyiv. A 41-year-old man brought to the office pulled out a pistol and fired seven shots at police officers and military personnel.
Three police officers and three recruitment center servicemen were wounded in that incident.
