Power outages across several Ukrainian regions after Russian attacks: schedules for November 26
Several regions in Ukraine have implemented emergency power outages following new Russian attacks on energy infrastructure. Energy companies are working to restore damaged facilities and urge residents to save electricity.

Damage to energy infrastructure
During the night, Russian forces targeted energy facilities in multiple regions. According to Ukrenergo, some equipment was damaged, which led to emergency outages early in the morning in Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava regions. In these areas, emergency load shedding has been applied in five rotation cycles.

Repair teams have started emergency restoration work and promise to lift outages as soon as the power system stabilizes.

Nationwide restrictions
Due to the aftermath of previous large-scale attacks, hourly rolling blackouts are in effect across all regions today, ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 rotation cycles simultaneously. Additionally, capacity restrictions have been introduced for industry and businesses.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Energy emphasizes that these measures will remain in place throughout the day, from 00:00 to 23:59.
