UEFA names Khvicha Kvaratskhelia Champions League Player of the Season

The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has awarded Paris Saint-Germain winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia the title of Player of the Season in the UEFA Champions League after his standout performances helped the French club secure the trophy.

The 25-year-old Georgian international featured in 16 Champions League matches, scoring 10 goals and providing 6 assists throughout the campaign. In the final against Arsenal (1–1, 4–3 on penalties), Kvaratskhelia won a decisive penalty that was converted by Ousmane Dembélé.

UEFA also announced the Team of the Season, which features five PSG players and three representatives from finalists Arsenal.

UEFA also named Arda Güler (Real Madrid) as the Revelation (Breakthrough) Player of the Season.

Paris Saint-Germain secured the Champions League title, marking another major success in their European campaign.
