Renderings of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max have surfaced, showing four expected color options: Light Blue, Dark Cherry, Dark Gray, and Silver.

The standout new shade is Dark Cherry — a deep wine-red tone that is expected to become the signature color of the Pro lineup. Alongside it, Apple is reportedly testing silver, light blue, and dark gray variants. However, all colors are still under development and may change before final production.

Sources also suggest Apple could move away from traditional dark finishes like black and deep blue, shifting toward brighter, more expressive tones. Meanwhile, the foldable iPhone Ultra is expected to keep a more restrained palette, including white, silver, and dark blue.

Design changes are also rumored, including a smaller Dynamic Island for more usable screen space and improved blending between glass and frame. The devices may feature a variable aperture camera system and the Apple A20 Pro chip built on a 2nm process, improving performance and efficiency. The Pro Max version is expected to have the largest battery in Apple’s lineup.

The series is currently expected to launch in September 2026, while standard iPhone 18 models, the iPhone 18e, and iPhone Air 2 are anticipated in the first half of 2027.
