The Ukrainian team is winning medals at the 2026 Winter Paralympics in Italy. The Games opened on March 6 in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo. Ukraine boycotted the opening ceremony due to the participation of Russia and Belarus but is competing in the events.
A total of 79 medal events are being held, and Ukraine is represented by 25 athletes—a record for the country at the Winter Paralympics—along with 10 guides.

At the previous 2022 Winter Paralympics in Beijing, Ukraine finished second in the medal table, winning 29 medals: 11 gold, 10 silver, and 8 bronze.
