Paralympics 2026 in Italy: all of Ukraine’s medals

The Ukrainian team is winning medals at the 2026 Winter Paralympics in Italy. The Games opened on March 6 in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo. Ukraine boycotted the opening ceremony due to the participation of Russia and Belarus but is competing in the events.

A total of 79 medal events are being held, and Ukraine is represented by 25 athletes—a record for the country at the Winter Paralympics—along with 10 guides.

Liudmyla Liashenko – Biathlon, women’s sprint, standing class

Anatolii Kovalevskyi – Biathlon, men’s sprint, visually impaired

Dmytro Suiarko – Biathlon, men’s individual race, visually impaired

At the previous 2022 Winter Paralympics in Beijing, Ukraine finished second in the medal table, winning 29 medals: 11 gold, 10 silver, and 8 bronze.
