Ukrainian drones attacked the Russian city of Novorossiysk overnight on September 9, causing fires at several industrial facilities. One of the sites affected was the Novorossiysk Fuel Oil Terminal, according to an OSINT analysis by Astra.
Novorossiysk Mayor Andrei Kravchenko said the city had come under a drone attack and reported fires at several enterprises. He said there were no casualties according to preliminary information.
Major Russian port facility
The Novorossiysk Fuel Oil Terminal is one of the key facilities of the city’s transport hub. It is part of the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, considered Russia’s largest port.
